4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to ensure the security of your account:

  • Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.
  • If you notice unauthorized access or suspicious activity, notify 4b99 support immediately.
  • 4b99 is not responsible for any loss caused by third-party access.

The rules governing financial transactions on the 4b99 platform are set out below:

5.1 Deposit

  • The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (per method).
  • Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.
  • The payment account used for deposits must be registered in the account holder's own name.
  • Third-party deposits are not accepted and such transactions will be treated as suspicious.
  • Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly. If there is a delay due to technical reasons, please contact support.

5.2 Withdrawal

  • The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
  • Withdrawal processing time is generally between 15 minutes and 2 hours.
  • Withdrawals will only be made via the same method used for the deposit.
  • Account verification (KYC) may be required before a withdrawal can be processed.
  • The applicable wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
  • 4b99 reserves the right to hold a withdrawal request if any suspicious activity is detected.

Please read the following terms carefully before claiming any bonus or promotional offer from 4b99:

6.1 Welcome Bonus

  • New users will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.
  • To withdraw this bonus, a wagering requirement of 25 times (25x) the bonus amount must be met.
  • The welcome bonus applies only once per user.
  • There may be a specific time limit for claiming the bonus, which will be stated in the promotional details.

6.2 General Bonus Rules

  • A bonus offer applies to one account at a time (same person, same household, same IP address).
  • Bonus funds may not be used to participate in other bonus offers.
  • If a withdrawal is requested before bonus wagering is complete, the bonus may be cancelled.
  • 4b99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
  • If evidence of bonus abuse or manipulation is found, all associated bonuses and winnings will be cancelled.

6.3 VIP and Cashback Program

4b99's VIP program has five tiers, with weekly cashback provided at each tier:

  • Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.2%.
  • Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.4%.
  • Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.6%.
  • Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%.
  • Diamond: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%.

VIP tier progression depends on the user's overall activity. Applicable terms must be met to receive cashback benefits.

Betting and Gaming Rules

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to betting and gaming activities on the 4b99 platform:

  • All bets are considered final. No bet can be cancelled or changed after it has been placed, unless a technical error is proven.
  • If a game result is affected by a technical issue, 4b99 may declare that round void and refund the bet amount.
  • Game results are determined by 4b99's system records as final. In the event of any dispute, the server log will be considered authoritative.
  • If an event is cancelled in cricket, football, or any other sports betting, the bet amount will be refunded.
  • Odds in sports betting are always subject to change. The odds applicable at the time a bet is confirmed are final.
  • If a connection is lost or a network issue occurs during live betting, any bets already placed will remain valid.
  • 4b99 reserves the right to accept or decline any bet.

Prohibited Activities and Account Suspension

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 4b99 platform:

  • Money laundering or conducting suspicious financial transactions.
  • Using software, bots, automated systems, or artificial intelligence to play games or place bets.
  • Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
  • Colluding with other users or profiting through collusion.
  • Exploiting any vulnerability or flaw in the platform.
  • Operating an account using a false identity or false information.
  • Threats, harassment, or abusive behavior.
  • Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

4b99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

  • Any violation of these terms and conditions.
  • Involvement in any prohibited activity described in Section 8.
  • Providing false or incomplete information.
  • Failing age verification or being under 21 years of age.
  • Orders from a court, government authority, or law enforcement agency.
  • Account closure at the user's own request.

When an account is closed, the decision regarding the balance will depend on the nature of the violation. The valid balance of an account voluntarily closed by an honest user will be returned.
